I work full time, I am a full time mother of two and a wife, I get up each and every day and get myself and two children ready for work and daycare like a ton of people do. My kids get dropped off by 7:00 am and drive 1/2 hour 45 min to start work at 8am. I have been having an awful time at work and feel the stress where I am physically ill because of it. then I have to somehow leave it at work and pick my kids up at 5pm. Sometimes it is very hard to flip that switch to off.
I am not complaining for having to do the normal every day stuff and take care of my family, I enjoy my family and I love the type of work I do but sometimes I don't know how to turn it off at 5 when I pick my kids up.
HOW DO I LEAVE IT AT THE OFFICE?
does anyone have any suggestions? It isn't fair to be less than a happy loving wife and mother to the people whom love me the most and don't deserve the end result of a horrible day!
I am just looking for some new outlets. please help- I am open to any and all ideas

Hi Jill, is there something you can do that that will take your mind off work on the way to picking up kids? I like to really crank up the radio (on ks95 of course) and sing very badly while driving home or listen to a good audio book. Sometimes if I'm really stresed I just scream in my car!!
TinaI know sometimes it's hard in traffic, but use that time to enjoy yourself and "flip the switch"
