Hey!  One of my favorite new bands, The Last Goodnight, are coming to the Twin Cities on Sunday for a FREE performance!  They will be here for the United Way's charity food drive.  They are raising a million pounds of food or the cash equivalent.  Bring some non-perishables to the event and live it up!!

This is what Moon wore today.  Keith and I think he is a NERD!  What do you think?  Check out the jeans shorts (carpenter style), the hip holster for the phone and the eyeglass leash.

And don't forget the cross trianers.  They are smelly like gerbils!

The George Michael show at the Xcel Energy Center was AWESOME!  Filled with about 2% of married men dragged there by their women.  The rest were gay men and women like me who still dream about George singing "Father Figure" directly to them.  Sigh.  He did have some freaky over-groomed eyebrows though.  Perhaps there was a reason he never took off those shades...cataracts?  He still does those signature dance moves.  I invite you to check out the video to see them for yourself!  I have suggested my husband also study the video and do the moves for me at home.  Very hot.

Sorry for the blurry parts.  My camera does the focus automatically and had some trouble a time or two.

I am running the Twin Cities Marathon in October as a Charity Runner for the American Cancer Society and I am asking for your permission to write your name on my race singlet on the "In Honor Of" side.  I am dedicating my run and the space on my race singlet (the shirt I will wear that day) to those who have fought cancer and won, those who are currently fighting, and those who we have lost.  My goal is to have the entire shirt filled with names.  If you know of other cancer survivors you would like to honor on my race singlet, please let me know their names and whether they are "In Memory" or "In Honor" of.
