Moon broke his glasses...
Yes, AGAIN! This is the THIRD pair he has lost/broken in the last couple of months. Today he borrowed a pair of glasses from someone in the office so he can see his computer screen.
He looks a bit silly!

Tickets for "Little House on the Prairie: the musical" went on sale this morning. I knew that I was excited about it but I had no idea they would get the response that they did! It was crazy! Never seen so many braids and bonnets in my life. There were people waiting in line at 5:45 this morning. Other exciting things happened too. Check it out!

On yesterday's Smarter Than Staci, I beat my contestant, Adam, by one question. Afterward, he sent me a link to his website. I thought it was hilarious! Check it out: June 25, 2008 Upon playing "Smarter Than Staci" today on KS95 with hosts Moon and Staci, I learned that I am actually not smarter than Staci. Instead of winning tickets for a musical adaption of "Little House on the Prairie" I had to settle for a consolation prize...visiting my friend at his little house in Eden Prairie. My girlfriend, pictured below (running through the tall grass just like Carrie during the opening credits of "Little House"), runs with jubilee upon hearing that I am on the show to play "Smarter Than Staci". A mighty "Little House" fan, she runs with anticipation toward me, assuming I will win tickets for the musical extravaganza. Unfortunately for me, I didn't know where the first transcontinental railroad was connected (Utah), nor could I recall the term used for lines in a poem (stanza). As punishment for missing out on the "Little House" tickets, my girlfriend had me read stanzas of poetry while walking on train tracks to Utah. "My neurons nay are quick and smart And "Prairie" tickets did therefore depart To trace the tracks of history and prose Is my consolation for a weekend show." Meanwhile, a saddened "Little House" fan will settle for re-runs unless I can hurry back from Utah to score some tickets to the show. You can't win 'em all. Thanks, Moon and Staci, for letting me at least play the game. Yours in the gym, Adam Erwin http://www.keepyourbetterhalf.com/notsmarterthanstaci.html

Here's the shopping segment I talked about on the air today....Wish I'd thought of it!!
This is a great way to get your kids to wear sunscreen. Beads that change color in the sun when its time to reapply! They are called UV Sol Beads and they change from off-white to bright colors as your intensity of UV exposure increases. The UV Sol Beads were created by a science teacher who has used these beads as a teaching tool for her students. When a friend got skin cancer, she wanted to reach more people, so she started a business. You can tie one on your wrist, ankle, baby stroller, golf bag, purse... They're cheap too - $4.95

There he is all confused and disheveled. His usual look. Note the "breakaway" eyeglasses. They may come apart, but at least he doesn't lose them! Moon will be appearing at the MN Zoo a week from tomorrow. I think they intend to keep him. He'd draw a crowd! Tags:
