I am delighted to report that I got on the scale this morning and I am down 5 pounds! YAY! This, despite going on vacation and spending time in airports. All I am doing is counting calories (1400) daily, doing cardio for at leat 45 minutes a day and not eating any processed foods. My George Foreman Grill has become my new best friend. When I don't feel like cooking I grab a Kashi Frozen entree, They are all natural and pretty good.
I still can't run but I have been spending quality time on the elliptical machine and still lifting weights with my trainer.

This bag of sugar! Mmmmmm sugar...
Now if I can only get this hamstring to heal! I have races to run and aggression to release!
GRRR!
I am thinking about doing accupuncture.
Anybody else tried that before?
