I've been so wiped out and frankly walking the tight rope over a pool of depression lately. Well, I figured out what the problem was! I was not working out for over a week in preparation for metabolic testing. Metabolic testing measures how many calories your body burns just functioning and can also tell you how high your heart rate needs to be to burn fat and sugar. Well, all that lying around bummed me out! My body is used to moving everyday. As soon as the testing was done and I got back into my regular swing again I feel fine. Amazing, huh?
Meanwhile, my new best friend is Curt at Snap Fitness who gave me the test and told me to "slow down and not work out so hard" and I will get in better shape. Done and DONE!

AmiThe light bulb went off when I read this today! I've been having the same problem- feeling wiped out and depressed. My schedule has been so busy lately I have had very little time for the gym and your blog made me realize it could be my problem. It's motivating me to get back to the gym....
