As you probably heard, I am a big fan of Buddy and the familia on Cake Boss.  If you've never seen it, it's pretty fun.  It's about a guy named Buddy and his Italian American family who run a bakery in Hoboken, NJ.  Aside from making some incredible cakes there is a lot of drama and funny moments.   Buddy is the youngest in the family, and he has 4 sisters and his mom telling him what to do...along with cousins and brothers in law and so on and so on...

It's on TLC Monday nights at 9:00.  (Check it out tonight.)

5K trail run at Lebanon Hills Regional Park in Eagan THIS SATURDAY!

The run is a benefit for a good cause:  we're helping to build a RADIO STATION in Belize that will broadcast Mayan educational programs to remote villages that have no other feasible ways of communicating.  (Many cannot read so education needs to be oral communication.) 

5K Trail Run OR a 1 Mile Forest Walk on Saturday, October 17th.
Lebanon Hills Regional Park in Eagan. 

Main Entrance / Visitor's Center Entrance.
Registration begins at 8:00 am.  Race time at 9:00. 

There will be a native dance performance at 8:30 am. 

Cost is $30 per runner if done on race day.
