I got the phone call today that my parents are coming to the cities this weekend to look at RV's!!!! Really??!?! Are my parents finally at that age where they pack up the RV and make one last good "run for it"? Is this the last big 'hurrah' before they start taking their pills in applesauce and hiding their own Easter eggs??? Oh' wait?! Regardless, it's still unsettling to think about Larry & Twyla heading out onto the open road with their 3-pound dog in their 'fancy' RV because they ARE getting older and this IS it. So this weekend I'll be escorting them around the city RV shopping...sooo cool, right? And I imagine my Saturday night will involve sitting around the table eating pie from Costco (cuz Twyla just LUVS it), drinking O'Douls and playing cards. What's that??? You're wondering if that's Ronnie Milsap you hear in the background...sure is...mom's fave...oh' yes...this weekend...I Am the King of Cool!
