So a few weeks back on Website Wednesday i talked about a Pet IQ Test that you can give to your dog.  I ordered one and it just showed up.  Last night we started to give our dog, Roxy the test.  In a few days I should be able to tell you how smart she is.

I know, I am turning into one of those crazy dog people!  Stand by for pictures and the results of the test soon!

I am so very excited for this weekend!  I just found a cheap flight to Chicago so i booked it right away!  I am very excited to see my family and friends, but the best part is I just got tickets to go see the White Sox take on Detriot.  I will be getting off the flight at 11am, and the game starts at noon.. It will be close, but I love sitting out side watching my Sox kick some butt!

Go ahead and reply with "You live in Minnesota, you should love the Twins"... But I am a Chicago kid!!

Before the show today, Thought i would stop and grab a cup of coffee.  I pulled into the drive through and sat at the speaker to order for 5 minutes.  I heard Dez play 2 and 1/2 songs, so you know it was a long wait.  After honking my horn about 4 times, they finally "took my order please".  I pulled up to the window and said how long i was waiting there.  They blamed it on some of their equipment not working or something like that.  Anyway, i was so annoyed that i will never visit this sotre again.  The lady working, i think was one of the managers and never even said "she was sorry about the wait".  I did not want this to turn into a rant about how i will never go there again, but how important good customer service really is.  So hopefully ever afternoon we provide the best customer service that we can!  If there is anything we can do to improve, let one of us know!
