Is there anyone else out there that loves Deadliest Catch? (if you've never seen it, you can find it on the Discover Channel and its about those crazy fisherman who catch all of that King Crab and snow crab that you eat!)

I'm so excited that the new season starts tonight, we've been waiting "forever" for it to start. Right now they are showing the Best of Season 3 to get everyone up to speed for before the new season starts.

I have gotten my whole family addicted to this show, its quite interesting to see how these guys spend their days. It sounds like great money (some make $40,000 in 8-9 days worth of work) however, that might be the only money they make for the year AND they are putting their lives at risk. I tip my hat to all of these guys who work in these conditions!

Anyway, just had to share my little tv addiction.

So, as you may have seen one of my favorite hobbies is to cruise the Caribbean on a Royal Caribbean cruise ship. If you have never cruised you should really think about it, they are the most amazing vacations ever, and soooo relaxing.

My husband and I got back from our 4th cruise at the beginning of March and after seeing the snow falling this morning and the pictures of northern Minnesota blanketed in snow from the storm this weekend I want to get back on that ship right now!! I know its Minnesota in Aprl, but really, no more snow please!!!

I will have to blog about my cruises sometime, but my next vacation plan is a trip down to Gurnee, IL for my Uncle's 60th Birthday party (its a surprise)! I'm actually really looking forward to this trip, but really with the price of gas I actually looked into getting an airline ticket and having one of my relatives pick me up from the airport, but alas my parents and I are going to share the ride down there so its in the car we go! I really can't believe how much it costs to fill up my little gas tank, I'm so glad I went economical when I bought my car a few years ago, because I can't imagine trying to pay to fill up a SUV or pickup these days. Its also a good thing that I get to work from home quite a bit, so I save some money in gas there, but still its pretty frustrating to fill up the tank and put 30 bucks into it!

Hope everyone drives safe and doesn't have to fill up too much!  =)

Okay, KS95 should be so very grateful that I chose their awesome new site to post my first ever blog! Not that I really have anything important or influential to say, but I thought "hey, why not?"!

So, what should I blog about?

I think I'll dominate this post by congratulating the Minnesota Wild! I am so excited about their divisional win! I unfortunately have only been able to attend one game (I'm on a budget and it can be quite difficult to get tickets for the dates I want to go!), but my puppy and I have been following the season pretty closely at home. My puppy (okay he's not a puppy anymore and weighs 75 pounds, but he'll always be my puppy) and I lie on my bed and watch as many games as we can catch. Hockey is the only thing that he will actually sit still and watch (of course its one of the only thing that is continually moving). And when I cheer them on he will start wagging his little tail, and when I yell at the refs or the other team he will actually start growling very softly. We have tried to get this on camera, but as soon as my husband comes near us the dog will get up and leave, and he always seems to know when a camera is on him, as we have also tried just setting the camera up before we start watching!! Oh well, I can just tell you about it!

But, I digress, my puppy and I will be watching every game that we can as the Wild work their way through all of the other teams to win the Stanley cup!! GO WILD!!
