I don't listen to you very often and I'm glad because after I heard you talk about the kitty story today I don't want to. I'm 18 years old and you know what? I get sad when people talk about hurting animals too. People are disgusting and what they do to animals shouldn't just be talked about like it's no big deal. To animal lovers, it does. and how DARE you say on live radio that the 10 year old girl must have "issues" because she cried when you told everyone the story. She could have been listening to you just insult her, a 10 YEAR OLD, just to "prove your point." And just because your an unsensitive old hag doesn't mean everyone is. You have no compassion for other people. Oh and another thing. Reading "hate mail" and trying to desperately defend yourselves over the air makes you just sound like an immature ****. just own up to your mistakes instead of blaming everything on other people. Dear Moon and Staci, I was very disappointed yesterday when you talked about the news story about someone throwing a kitten against a wall. My 10 year old daughter was in the car, and before I could turn the radio down, you started talking about that. She is very sensitive and asked why someone would do something like that, and she started crying. I am not someone who lets their child live in a plastic bubble, but I do need to filter what she hears. This was not world news, and there was no reason to report it. We had just picked up our dog from the vet, she had surgery, and my daughter was feeling very emotional because our dog was in pain, and to hear that pushed her over the edge. Please warn listeners when you are going to say something questionable for younger listeners. I have the radio on as a pleasant diversion, not to hear very negative, sad things. Thank you.
I called in around 3 today and told the phone guy this tattoo's for tots was an april fool trick... he told me it wasn't. I'm super pissed. I called it and I told him i'd be contacting the station if he was jerking my chain.
Here is the thing... I'm not stupid. No tattoo is painless. and it's just the stupiest thing i'd ever heard, if you guys thought you were pulling a fast one you must think everyone of your listeners is a jack-a##. just the ethical problems with that "company" would has had them shut down ans sewed.
I'm pissed I was lied to and I dont even want to listen to the station anymore.I figured it out within the first 2 mins i heard of it... you must really think low of your listeners.
I am writing to you to let you know how disappointed I am in your selection for an April Fools Day joke. Are your ratings that low with the inception of your new website that you need to involve kids to get people to your website? I hope that your manager(s) are aware of the choice of your so-called jokes.
