'Charlotte' of Sex in the City May Be in a Naughty Movie

Rumors are that there may be a sex tape featuring "Sex and the City's" Kristin Davis. Well, not exactly.

TMZ has learned that approximately 20 salacious photos dating back five years have re-surfaced featuring what looks like Davis in several compromising positions. We hear the pics were taken by an ex-boyfriend and are now being shopped by a broker from California.

The big question is, why are these being shopped now? Maybe it's the Sex and the City Movie that is coming out???  As for Kristin, her rep says unequivocally that she's seen one of the pics and "This is not a photo of Kristin Davis. There is no sex tape."

MM:  Not a good week to be named Kristen!!

Is Will Smith a Scientologist?

Will Smith says just because he's a Friend of Tom doesn't mean he's a Scientologist ... not that there's anything wrong with that.

Smith tells Rush & Molloy, "You don't have to be Jewish to be a friend of Steven Spielberg. You don't have to be a Muslim to be a friend of Muhammad Ali. And you don't have to be a Scientologist to be a friend of Tom Cruise." So what is Smith, anyway? "I am a Christian. I am a student of all religions."

Madonna & Guy Are Not Divorcing!

With reports that the Material middle-ager and Guy Ritchie -- her husband of over seven years -- were on the outs, Madge's longtime rep Liz Rosenberg issued a statement saying, "I am delighted to confirm that Mr. and Mrs. Guy Ritchie remain happily married."

  Britney Spear's conservators got the judge today to authorize them to sell some of Brit's cars. Thank God someone is trying to get her off the road!

Co-conservator Andrew Wallet made the request in court. The exact makes and models of the cars were not discussed in open court.

Britney Spears Must Pay $375,000 For K-Fed Fees

Yesterday, Britney Spears was ordered by a court commissioner to pay ex-husband Kevin Federline $375,000 to cover his attorney fees in their child-custody dispute. Britney's attorney argued that Kevin's lawyer was overbilling and that Kevin can pay his own legal bills.  But the commissioner wrote that Britney's actions led to most of the litigation and delays in the case.

Heather Mills Assaults Paul McCartney's Lawyer?!

British tabloids report that an angry Heather Mills tipped a glass of water over Paul McCartney's lawyer yesterday as her divorce deal was sealed. The newspapers say Heather got upset after the court awarded her $48.7 million of her ex-hubby's fortune.

The amount was far less than the $250 million she wanted. The newspapers claim to have before/after pics of Paul's lawyer.

Did Charlie Sheen hire Spitzer's girl??

Actor Charlie Sheen is denying a report that he hired the same call girl involved in the Eliot Spitzer scandal for a fantasy-themed threesome.

 A publicist said, "There was a report out of the UK that linked Charlie with "Kristen" as part of a threesome where 'Kristen' was asked to be a cheerleader. Problem with the report was the alleged cheerleader incident, if it ever even happened, was 15 years ago. So the story is not true."

A pimp (Jason Itzler) claims he sent Ashley Alexander Dupre under the name of Victoria and another girl, Cheryl, to Sheen more than two years ago. He claims Sheen paid $20,000 for a threesome with the girls dressed up as cheerleaders.

MM:  Would anyone really be that shocked if it were just two years ago?  Cheerleaders? 

Nicole Kidman Chooses Godfather Clooney

British tabloids report-- George Clooney will be godfather to Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban's baby.

A source says, "Nicole asked George to be her baby's godfather and he said 'yes'. They are great friends and she can think of no one more perfect for the job."

 'Punky Bewster', Soleil Moon Frye Is A Mom Again

Former "Punky Brewster" child star Soleil Moon Frye and her husband, Jason Goldberg, have welcomed their second child, a girl. Jagger Joseph Blue Goldberg was born yesterday in Los Angeles and weighed 8 lbs., 6 oz. The couple also have a 2-year-old daughter, Poet Sienna Rose Goldberg.

Little crazy this morning at KS95!  If things sound a little different, yes Greg is out on vacation AND we have a new computer system.   I think a lot of my friends don't even realize that at KS95 we run all of our music and commercials off of computers, so a new computer = a little caos this morning.  Hang in there with us...it'll get better and Greg WILL come back. If not I'll go and bring him back! ♥  BTW...Picture is Greg & Hannah Banana. 

Cheesy as it may sound I'm really missing Greg after doing the show solo for one morning.  We may tease each other a lot, but we really do get along great (at least I think we do??).  I met his mother at my Cub Foods remote on Saturday in Hastings.  What a sweet lady.  Thanks Mary for coming out!

Also, thank you to all of our Hastings listeners.  It was great meeting you and hanging out.  What a picture perfect looking town.  The bridge...downtown...beautiful!  I'm going to be out moving end of the week and am so excited to move into our MN home.  Despite the snow today it is a true joy to be here.  BTW...Greg is on vacation in Cabo.  Hanging out with Sammy Haggar at Cabo Wabo from what I hear.  I think that is Greg's hand and Bic lighter at the bottom of the picture.

Heather Mills McCartney may have done slightly worse than the settlement Paul offered.

A judge in the divorce case has just ruled, and Heather walks with £16.5 million pounds -- that translates to just over $33 million bucks. That sum plus the amount she currently hold from the marriage totals $48.6 million.

Paul reportedly offered $50 mil to settle, so one of the most hated women in England - no, give her some credit: she's hated in the U.S. as well -- is going to have to make do.

Spitzer Girl Making $200K Out of Nothin'?

It looks like Ashley Alexandra Dupre won't have to lay down to make a living anymore.

Eliot Spitzer's favorite girl may already have made as much as $200,000 from online music downloads, according to the New York Post. Her two singles, "What We Want" and "Move Ya Body," have been available to buy on Amie Street for 99 cents each, and with artists earning up to 70 percent royalty on downloads.

Whether or not she's making any cash on her music, she'll make plenty posing for men's mags ... and on the inevitable tell-all book.

Halle Berry gave birth to a little girl on Sunday. Reports are that baby and mom are healthy and doing wonderfully.  No word yet on the baby's weight or name.

Britney's New BFF = Mel Gibson!

Mel Gibson and his family have very privately befriended Britney Spears to help her through her troubles.

The two were at Romanov Restaurant and Lounge in L.A. Saturday night and according to one report they had dinner together. Our sources say Gibson, his wife Robin and their kids reached out to Britney during her darkest days and began seeing her.

We're told Mel and Robin feel like they know how tough it is to live in a fishbowl and they think they can help. There have been private dinners in which Mel, Robin and their children have hooked up with Brit to give her support.

Hi!  Okay, crazy week as Greg is gone and it's just me, Zack, our Executive Producer and Kristin (Assoc. Prod.) in the studio.  By the way, despite what you may hear Greg is in Cabo. Not rehab...not that you would hear that! You just never know with that Moon & Staci...especially Keith The Producer.  Not sure what tomorrow's show will bring, but I love that you can now send us your thoughts and input.  Also, check out some of our pictures.  I know we are both working hard at getting a bunch of them up.
