Victoria Beckham managed to upstage even Jennifer Lopez at Monday's Marc Jacobs fashion show when she debuted a new surprise 'do.

She is now sporting a pixie crop, similar to Halle Berry's 2002 Bond Girl look.

Celeb hairstylist Garren of the GARREN New York Salon was inspired by Beckham's face shape and eyes.

"It was clear that we had to go short and create a new look that embraced her beauty, great personality and body," Garren says in a statement.

Alec Baldwin confirmed the news to Extra.

"Yes, Jennifer Aniston and Oprah. What more do you want?" he exclaimed. "We're only on episode four!"

Although he didn't elaborate on the daytime diva's role on the NBC comedy, he revealed more about Aniston's role on the show.

She plays Tina Fey's pal and "has a reputation of a man-eater," Baldwin said.

Michael Phelps has plunked down $1.69 million for a condo on the waterfront in Baltimore, Md.

His new pad is 4,080 sq. ft. (check out the model in the photo). The complex has a rooftop terrace, a private screening room, a state of the art gym, a clubhouse with pool tables.

If you're wondering where the money came from, Phelps was projected to earn between three and five mil this year even before the gold.
