Anyone else try and get a 'date night' in with their spouse on a regular basis?  Bill and I are on a good roll with date nights and right now we're planning on going out for an early dinner tonight.  I'm still thinking dinner, but I'm also thinking that we might get wild and crazy and also go to a movie!  For us, this is crazy because we're ususally at home in bed by 10:30pm on the weekends.  If you're a parent I'm guessing that this is also your life, but for folks who are just leaving for the clubs at 10:30pm just know that this will be you in a few years.  It just happens.

Can you return a pair of shoes after you've worn them out of the house?  That was my dilemma this morning.  You see, on Friday night our family went out to a local shoe store to find a pair of walking/running shoes for me.  Found those, then also found a cute pair of black flats on the clearance rack.  They were only $25, my size and cute!!  I tried them on in the store, they felt fine, so I bought them.  Yesterday, I wore them to work and I HATED THEM!  They couldn't be more uncomfortable if they tried!!!!!  I HATE THEM!!!!!!! 

Now I know why they were on clearance...awful shoes.  Greg said my feet looked like sausages crammed into them...lovely visual.  Thanks Greg. 

So, I wanted to take them back but figured there was no way.  Then the calls came in....and I CAN take them back.  I had said that I wouldn't lie, would admit that I wore them outside of the house and if they would then take them back under those conditions, I would return them.  They will!  Who knew...I thought that if you bought an awful pair of shoes that you were stuck with them.  Nope....most stores will take them back for at least store credit.  LOVE IT!  I've never done this before, but today I'm returning the awful shoes.

DENISE RICHARD FRIDAY MORNING -CANCELLED!!!

Why?? 

Did you every have one of those people that you just loved to hate?  Yep...me too and tomorrow we are scheduled to talk to her.  It's (drum roll please....)  DENISE RICHARDS!   Now, I have to admit I'm not a big fan.  At one time, I actually felt a lot of sympathy for her, but that changed after seeing her show.  That and the fact that she keeps dishing out the dirt on just about everyone.  So, for the THIRD time, we've scheduled an  interview with her.  Attn:  SHE JUST CANCELLED!!  Let's just see if she can actually get up( NOPE!) and call.  Her publicist keeps saying she wants to concentrate on the show, but yet she told TV Guide that the "gloves are off" regarding ex-Charlie Sheen.

Tune in tomorrow....8:40 and see what happens....

"Sex & The Surgery" For 2 Stars

 Sources say-- "Sex and the City" stars Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis went under the knife, soon after the movie's release.

 The NY Post quotes a source who says both women paid a visit to NY's Roosevelt Hospital on 10th Avenue for minor surgeries. "Cynthia had a breast augmentation and soon after, Kristin had the varicose veins on her legs removed. They both made sure they did it on the quietest day of the week."

 It could explain why Davis always wears long hems. Nixon could have been disappointed with her topless scene.

Charlie Sheen Apologizes...

Charlie Sheen is apologizing for a three-year-old voicemail that ex Denise Richards made public.

  The voicemail included a curse-filled rant from Sheen calling Richards - the mother of their two young daughters - a "f****ing **** and a "f***ing n****r."

In response, the "Two and a Half Men" star said in a statement released Wednesday, "I deeply apologize by my choice of words to all I have obviously offended especially to Tony Todd, an African-American, who was my best man at my first two weddings."

 He added, "And for the record, my children did not show up today for a custodial visit without explanation. So three and one-half years later, the reasons that caused the anger and frustration displayed on that voice mail continue to be manifested on a daily basis."
