Appropriate or not?? 

The teen pop star posed semi-topless for the June issue of Vanity Fair (chest covered in a satin sheet).

Miley says: "I took part in a photo shoot that was supposed to be ‘artistic' and now, seeing the photographs and reading the story, I feel so embarrassed. I never intended for any of this to happen and I apologize to my fans who I care so deeply about."

What do you think?  Is this an okay for picture of a 15 year old girl?

How to use it...You really DON'T want to see our videos, so here is a real one.  Still funny, but in a not supposed to be kind of way.

As far as the Neti Pot goes, I love it!  I really do suffer from allegies and was on Allegra D for years.  My Dr. told me that I needed to get off the allegy medicine and think about the Neti Pot.  I was thinking about it when I saw Dr. Oz

singing its' praises on Oprah.  I went out, bought one and have been breathing easier ever since.  I will say it's best to use it at night.  I tend to have a lot of drainage and sometimes my ears get a little in them so I use it before I go to bed(TMI ??).  BTW...I got mine at Walmart, Target was out, but I know they have them too.  If you try it please let me know what you think.  If you missed it, Greg tried it on the air today and HATED it!  Read his blog too...Big Baby!!

The challenge today, can you describe your life in just six words?  What would those words be?  A New York magazine editor actually started this idea awhile ago and the response was so amazing that a book is now in the works.  We talked about this on the air this morning and I was overwhelmed by the responses we got.  I know for me it actually took a lot of thought.  What I found was that boiling my life down to six words required me to sift out all the junk of my life.  It gave me a chance not to just summarize my current life but also project what I want my life to say.  To some what I came up with may seem 'Pollyanna-ish' but it's what I choose to focus on.  So, here it is: 

Blessed and surprised.  Love my life. 

For me it really does summarize my life as a mom, wife, woman and Christian.  Not all surprises have been good, but they are mine.  Not all blessings started out that way.  In fact some of the biggest blessings in my life have been prayers unanswered.  What I also have realized is that if I changed one event or outcome in my life I would change everything.  I believe life has a domino effect and although I wish at times I'd done things differently, I don't wish to change the outcome of where I am today.  As for today, I'll take the good and the bad and embrace it all.
