Day 2 - Saturday
Made it through my birthday dinner with friends Friday night without imbibing in any candy or cake. Some cravings, but not to bad. The worst part is the Godiva chocolates that my husband got me for my birthday! My goal is 30 days, no refined/processed sugar. After that only on occasions for treats. My problem is that I was having sugar every day. Oh, also made it through the movie, Up, without any candy!
Day 3 - Sunday
Cravings much worse today! I think I compensated with chips, but I made it. I'm not a big chip person so I'm hoping that once I get over the sugar withdrawals it will get better. Someone told me to up my protein and water to help. So far that is the only thing that is helping.
Day 4 - Monday
So far, just a big ol' headache! Seriously, is this from a lack of sugar?! I ate it everyday but I didn't think I ate enough for this kind of a headache!! Ouch! Also, I'm feeling a little more moody. Ugh...this part bites.
