Are you trying to lose weight?
A new study found that at any given time, 82% of women are trying to lose weight. Yesterday, it was just announced that the key to losing the weight, a food journal. We've all heard that we should keep a food journal, but who really has the time and wants to look up all the calories. That's how I felt until I found www.sparkpeople.com 
I read about Spark People in one of my magazines and the woman applauded the site for helping her lose 90 pounds. I signed up (takes a few minutes) and now I love it. Over the last two weeks it has helped me lose 4#s! The site can't make you not eat something, but if you are honest about what you eat it will let you know how many calories you've had, how many carbs, fats, proteins and if you're over your daily limit or not. You put in a goal weight, how quickly you want to lose the weight and it helps you figure out the calorie aspect. It also has a fitness calculator to show you how many calories you've burned. And the best part, ....It's FREE!!!

Melissa, Thank you for the Twins Tickets. We had a blast and that coming from me is a big complement, since my friend has been trying to get me to go to a game with her for the past few seasons!
