Granddaughter #3 arrived safe and sound last night at 8:08 Mountain time in Casper, Wyoming. I thought I would take a break from the flurry of packing for my trip to visit my daughter and her expanding family for a couple of weeks. I can't wait to see all three of my girls, Mommy & daughters...I'm going to have many, many wonderful moments of hugging and kissing and spoiling all three of them.

Just thought I would share this with all of you.

Day Three of Nine of the Knot & Bauble Shoppe Boutique. What a difference sun will make - we've had customers galore and has kept us really busy restocking all the wonderful hand towels that Sewing Bee Crafts has embroidered, the purses that Gretchen's Stitches made, and SaM's Beads-n-Baubles has been doing double time restocking and taking tons of custom orders for Mother's Day. Holy Cow!

You guys should definately stop on by and see what we have - I'm sure some of you could find some wonderful gifts for your Mom's - say like an awesome set of custom made dish towels - "Mom's Kitchen", or even her real name. Christine says that she will have any custom orders made today ready by Wednesday of next week...we can deliver them or you can stop here to pick them up. I love spring! Honest.

But I don't like this wet, mushroomy, soggy, damp, can't escape the gloom weather. My first spring here in Minnesota it rained so much the rivers flooded, even the Mississippi flooded and came way up on Harriet Island...I don't want that spring again.

This morning, early, it hadn't started raining yet. The birds were singing such sweet beautiful songs and I recall thinking to myself, "Man, I love spring"

I love hearing the birds singing, watching them flit here and there as they jump on the feeders, grab a seed or two, and fly away again to their nests and then back again. With this rain I can't see that but its okay because I have many things that usually keep me busy...but today...today is the second day out of 9 for my shops Boutique and this rain and new location is keeping our chance of customers away.
