OK, the wife and I rented No Country For Old Men this weekend. First, I want to start by saying this was an awesome movie.  The acting, cinematography, directing, everything was just so cool.  I really enjoyed it. But...

What the heck was up with the ending?  Did I miss something or was there no real conclusion? Tommy Lee jones telling some story about his dreams.  I'm sure there was some symbolism in there or something but it was totally lost  on me.

Can anybody shed some light?

I totall agree! I was kinda ticked off at the end too. It's like they ran out of money or something and tried to improvise with some stupid comment that didn't even relate to anything in the movie. I've noticed in the last 5 years or so there's been a lot of movies that do that sort of thing. I'll rent them and rewatch the ending over and over trying to find some meaning in it. I think one of the SAW movies was like that at the end. Very frustrating!Yell
