John Mayer moves on quickly!

Looks like the singer is completely over his ex, Jennifer Aniston.  Turns out he's already dating someone new!  According to reports, Mayer is hooking up with some 24-year-old model and "aspiring actress" named Scheana Marie Jancan.  She was 1st runner up in a Hawaiian Tropics Pageant and has modeled for Ed Hardy.

The two reportedly met earlier this month at some Beverly Hills party where the young cutie was a waitress.

A source says "Scheana was shocked and thrilled when John asked her out. She has always thought he was hot, and she said yes right away, writing down her cell phone number on a napkin. They flirted the whole time, and he told her she was cute."

As for the two right now?  Sources say she's been hanging out at his place often. Adding, "There is always food and beer around. Scheana said she has loads of fun there; it's like spring break!"

Yeah...we will see how long this one lasts! HA!
