Hi BFFs!

On Saturday September 20th please join me and my family as we walk to raise money and awareness about autism.  I am participating in Walk Now for Autism to help find a cure for autism. Autism is the second most common developmental disorder in the United States affecting one in every 150 children born today. Despite some promising discoveries, the cause of autism is unknown and a cure does not exist. Research is crucial. Every 20 minutes another child is diagnosed with autism. Not only must we find ways to improve the quality of life for children and adults with autism, but we also must find a cure, and soon.

Walk Now for Autism is our chance to make a difference in the fight against autism by raising money for autism research and heightening public awareness. Hey BFFs!!

Greg and I are throwing out the 1st pitch at the Twins & Mariners Game on 8/17th.  We're taking a bunch of listeners and I've set aside a bunch of tickets just for my BFFs.  If you'd like to go just shoot me an email to BFF@KS95.com to get your name into the hopper.  DEADLINE IS AUGUST 8TH @ NOON!!   BFFs who win will each receive two tickets.  Thanks to our friends at Fisher Nuts & the Hamline MBA for making this possible.

Hi BFFs!!

If you haven't done it yet, don't forget to check your email for a message from me.  It will tell you have to register for a chance to go the Twins vs. Mil. game on Sunday, June 29th with 90+ BFFs.  It's going to be a blast so make sure you read the note and how to get your name into the drawing.   Deadline:  Friday June 19 at 9AM!!
